I love this store very much, I have been buying products for myself and for gifts to friends and family for many years! The staff in this store always behaves very correctly, politely and most importantly they are competent. The previous comment just pissed off. How can you call rudeness professional opinion specialist ??? On products made from natural leather, rubbing, irregularities - this is normal, and it is simply unwise to arrange a tantrum due to the fact that genuine leather does not look like a piece of artificial material and call it marriage. Prosperity to you, my beloved, development and sane adequate buyers !!!

Awful It's bad that there is no rating (!) 0. Sales assistant rare boor! My wife and I came to buy a leather purse for a friend, when asked where we can look at men's purses, the girl consultant pointed to the bookcase. After we did not find anything interesting, and asking the question, where can we still see the purse, she said in a boorish and haughty tone that there are 3 more rows below. Having picked up one of the models, and asked to give a purse not from the window, it turned out that all the goods are absolutely in a single copy and exclusively on the window. Very solid store! Well, that's not all .... After I noticed scuffs and marriage on my wallet, the boorish consultant replied that this was not a marriage. I had to take another model purse, which had a normal presentation. After that, we went to the cash desk, the consultant asked for an even amount of money, we went to the meeting and gave the necessary amount, after which the consultant said that she could not accept “such” 10 hryvnia bill and asked to replace it ... like that, buy expensive things for their money, help them - and they will pay you outright rudeness ... how can such a store and such personnel work in the retail sector? I bought a purse only because of my long-standing love for the vif brand, since I have been a fan of it for more than 10 years ... Or rather, until today, after today's purchase, I haven’t kicked you .... and I will dissuade all my friends .. Go around this network !!!

I fully agree with the previous review. To drive a brunette employee (I don’t know my name because I didn’t introduce myself) to this store ... her rudeness discourages not only the desire to go to this store, but also to buy something there!
