I go to yoga space for training, I really like it. Initially, my idea of ​​yoga was more like stretching, so I did not dare to start practicing, but after the first training I realized that this is a completely different type of physical activity. Muscles are in good shape, the body is like a stretched string, everything develops into a beautiful pose. Workouts are always different, I try to try all types of yoga in this studio and every time I find something new for myself. Coach Lilya is very attentive and professional. After class, warm tea is always waiting for you and on the way home there is a pleasant aftertaste. I recommend everyone to leave their worries and come to the yoga space. By the way, they are very close to the metro.
