Baking is fresh, but there is something I would still not recommend - solid flavors and substitutes. Coffee is the cheapest, soluble, well, it's not that surprising ... The location is good - next to the university, which in turn gives a boring flow to the people. But in combination with a small shop area we have such a result. Especially during rush hour (after the 1st pair) - it is simply impossible to push through the crowd to the people. Not to mention overestimated at least 3 times the price and a small range of goods.
