The experts explain it in an accessible, understandable way, at each service they repeat the information, you can not remember only in case of exceptional dullness. It’s easy to deal with terminals as twice as two, explanations are highlighted at all stages. And, by the way, operators are not required to help with the terminals, this is not included in the front of their work. Like everything, just the queue

The service was not very good, but it became disgusting. To change an instant issue card, you need to walk twice and spend half a day because of the huge queues and multi-level quests with their tablets, phones, terminals. In confidence, the actual work schedule does not correspond to the one stated on the sign.

Service is disgusting. It took more than 2 hours to process the card. When my turn came and I turned to the released operator, she said that the card could not be issued and I had to go to another operator. After that I waited 1h40min. When I finally got to the right operator and said about the card issuance, she told me that it was not necessary for her, but for another (already third) operator. I was naturally indignant, but she didn’t listen to me, but went for a break. I moved on to the third operator, and there is already a queue of those who came later than me to her. And she just didn't serve me. And since I did not free up space, demanding to issue me a card, she simply moved to another workplace and began to work with another client. I was told that the first girl-operator is an intern and she is not to blame, since she has been working for only the 4th day. In the end, the same trainee girl came up to me and began to draw up a card. Nobody thought to apologize. Therefore, if possible, it is better to contact other branches of PrivatBank.
