I contacted you by phone for INSPECTION OF THE CAR AND ESTABLISHING THE CAUSE OF THE FAULT! YOU REFUSED! Reason: CHINESE ENGINE! I hope this makes the reason for my dissatisfaction more clear. (Yes, and the last time I contacted. It was related to engine maintenance.
