Recently my son was in the surgical department with a lip abscess. All the staff in the department are very friendly and nice. Of course, the conditions in the common wards would be better! But it's very good that there are separate chambers and thanks for that! And of course I want to express my deep gratitude to the surgeon Stoyan Mikhail Sergeevich. Thank you for your warm, caring and most importantly professional attitude to your work! I advise everyone to this surgeon, although he is a young specialist, but it is clear that a person is in his place, knows his job and treats with soul!

I agree with many authors! I want to write here not only bad but also good, but very little good. This review was inspired by one very unique masseur of the children's hospital number 5. The neurologist gave a referral for a massage to my eight-month-old baby, when we got to the first massage session, the masseur told me “you understand what a FREE massage is, no one will do it for 30 minutes will, let alone strain, for free, ”ie my child was not given a massage, but simply stroking, the man made it clear that he needed to pay. The question is why the neurologist did not immediately warn us that the massage was paid and we were not provided with a price list! There is not even soap in the toilets, to the question of how you can wash your hands, answer me with a malicious smile and a rude tone “girl, are you laughing, where did you even see soap in hospitals, we don’t get money for soap.” We also had a case with vaccinations, this is generally a fiasco, going into the vaccination room in the polyclinic, to put it mildly, I was at a loss 😮 I didn’t expect to see such a mountain of medical, dusty cards in the office where young children are vaccinated, the nurse doesn’t even change gloves and doesn’t handle her hands, she’s wearing gloves cards and without changing them vaccinates the child, of course it was not even surprising that after a while my baby began to have inflammation in the area of ​​the injection and, naturally, an abscess was opened for us. In May, we were in the hospital in the department of "emergency medical aid" I want to express my deep gratitude to the nurses, very helpful and kind people, which cannot be said about some doctors, the impression is that they just want to make fools of you! There is also a very interesting nuance with hot water, it’s just tin, it’s not there and no one cares how you will observe the personal hygiene of children and your own, everything in the department is old, dirty, bad-smelling tattered linen, blankets. The good thing in this hospital is the nurses, and a few good, competent doctors. And there is no need to tell tales that hospitals do not finance, the question is where this money goes!
