On February 14th, three days passed past this shop and decided to go in, ask for this situation. With a full store of people, we decided to wait a bit and started a conversation with the florist and here they heard in response that it was not possible to pour enough water, it was possible in the room was hot, and maybe we went with a bouquet on the bars - all this reminded me of coffee on a condensation) Then there was a fairly short conversation in fact at one gate with the store owner, which made it clear that there would be no compensation) "I chose the data of the roses myself and I bear responsibility for them after the purchase" -in fact I did not expect to hear it, but I realized that when choosing flowers when talking with a florist, you need to be more attentive to their work and pay attention to the quality of the flowers. I repeat the words you said in the store: you have a rather specific business in the realities of a small city and a serious competition - you should better listen to your (former) customers. It's a pity that in our city there is no possibility to give expert florists an expert opinion so that they make a conclusion and discover the first reason why this happened. Leave 15% off yourself.

The staff is terrible !!! A woman (with dark hair) is constantly whining, interrupting, even when talking to her partner. Wanted to order a bouquet but changed their mind because of its attitude to customers!
