When assembling, a scratch was found on the shelf, I turned to the store, the girls accepted the application, and two weeks later the collector arrived and replaced the shelf. The value for money is normal. The girls in the salon are friendly. I'll come to order a sofa!

On the recommendation of friends, we ordered a kitchen in this store, agreed on the date of measurements, arrived - we measured everything, together with the seller we selected the best kitchen option for us according to our budget, we were told that there was no such kitchen available and we would have to wait a month and a half, it was a little upsetting. but we agreed. As a result, all our expectations were met, the kitchen came on time. There are no complaints about the assembly and installation, the quality of the fittings also pleased. We will buy more from you!

I ordered three chairs in the store in Zaporozhye ATMO on the street. Pobedy, 64, which is located in the Amstor shopping center. On September 25, 2020, she made an advance payment of UAH 2000, they said that they had to wait 30-45 days. The chairs arrived on October 29 and as it turned out that of the three chairs, one differed in color from the others, but the store assured us that our chair had mistakenly left for another store and in the near future, when the car will be handed over to us! For 3 weeks I waited, called, but the ATMO store seller told me that there was no car yet !!! I arrived at the store, and there was a store administrator and a seller who advised me to call the hotline and find out where my chair))) This is a circus! Today, November 26, I dialed the store and asked how my chair was doing, but in response I heard that they did not know and continue to call the hotline))) As a result, the girl called me on the hotline answered that she didn’t understand why I’m contacting her, because this is the hot line of the ATMO online store !!! After that I typed, as the store advised me, the consumer rights service and left my complaint! Now we are waiting ... the tenth expensive ATMO store in Zaporozhye! Irresponsible staff !!!

I have never met such an irresponsible attitude to their work, like that of the ATMO store employees! Complete inaction regarding the lead time! Not only that, in 52 working days, not only did they not see their order, but they didn’t even receive a clear answer regarding it. We wrote an application for a refund, but alas, in 2 weeks we did not receive our money. There is no limit to indignation! I do not advise anyone to deal with this chain of stores!
