Initially, the manager Elena, with whom the collaboration began, made quite a positive impression. However, after her loss, we turned to her colleague. The girl who introduced herself as the owner is a boorish woman with a complete lack of a concept of customer focus and competence. There is no synchronization of information between employees, as well as the guarantee that the order will generally be completed adequately, since the attitude and, in particular, the way the staff communicates with the ready-made client is not just provocative, but outrageous.

They used the company's services twice - they put windows and made balconies in two apartments - wonderful work! If you want to get a fast, high-quality work and for a normal price - it's for them. They are very responsible, respectful of customers, always meet halfway, they adjust to the customer.
