helpful staff, there's often a queue. But basically good bank

This is a single employee department: Despite the queue, ONLY CASHIER works !!! Other employees do not notice people sitting in line. A strange impression. All lovely, all friendly-but-in-turn to the cashier !!! Regarding the terminal: one is not working, the second hangs (the screen goes blank) every 30 seconds.

The staff is friendly, but you can stand up to 40 minutes in the queue (create the studiosuses of the medical institute)!
