A week later, they contacted, informed about the availability, in general, everything is super. It would seem that you still need to come to pick up and enjoy this purchase, and please your loved ones, but it was not there. Arriving at the store, informing the consultant about the Internet order, I immediately heard the phrase that the second hours did not come to them and blabla. But after digging for a couple of minutes in the magic shukhlya - voila, and they appeared. But nothing happens. Maybe the person got tired by the end of the day. Having received the first lot in my hands, I immediately began to check their functionality and the first thing that caught my eye was - this is what the backlight does not work and all indication periodically disappears. Turning to a young man who is a consultant for help, I began to hear slurred speech and doubts, and in simple people I would say full x ... y. But we are cultured people, so we can do without it. In general, the representative of the store began to tell me something about the fact that it might have run out of battery, then he changed his mind and the problem was already in the mechanism, since this watch model is very old, then suddenly the battery again .... This lasted for several minutes. Well, at the end of this all was said, you of course excuse me, but these watches are at a discount and you should not be surprised that they do not work correctly, and in general I do not recommend buying a cheap watch. To say that I was in complete ahu .. Oh, in shock - to say nothing. In general, while I digested all this information, my eyes fell on the second copy of the watch. And then there was a control shot ... The white Casio watch - G-Shock that I got out of the box with me was not white, but gray. Just dirty. Having said that this is a complete failure and I do not even want to watch them, I was offered to wipe them, grate them, wipe them off, wash them etc. And in general, this is also a discounted watch, and this model is already 30 years old, and it could stand on the window, and again blablabel and why am I surprised at all. Having looked at the quality of the goods, having heard the incomprehensible speech of the representatives of the store, and especially killed the fact that if the watch is at a discount, then the quality will be appropriate, a question arises. How can a product of this quality be transferred to a buyer? In a store of this level. And how can such excellent consultants work, who have no understanding of the standards of communication with clients. By the way, having called the hotline the next day, told me about this situation, they listened to me attentively and said that all the watches are of course of excellent quality and measures will be taken to check the quality of the goods before sending them to the consumer and preventive work with the staff will be carried out. But there is one BUT. The girl who said all this sweetly did not even ask which city I was addressing, which store address, which order number, etc. How then can a conversation with workers be conducted? And even if we rely on the fact that my order can be tracked by the phone number, I could call the hotline from another number. Summing up, to say that this is bad ... No. It's disgusting. For a store with a huge SWISS CLOCK signboard, this is not acceptable.
