I don't like it: often there is not just the right wine, but the whole category. For example, there are almost no dessert wines or ports at all. During the season, they can choose a particularly ingenious wine - and it has been gone for a month.

Great choices and staff will always advise something interesting. I was persuaded to take a different wine than I had planned - and I'm grateful for that, because the advice turned out to be good.
