The problems here are enough - the shower only below, in bad condition, often with problems with the elevator, the water on the upper floors does not regularly reach, wait for plumbing or other worker is often very long, problems with hot water are simply incredible! But there are good moments - the advantages of the block system, there are good rooms (and with the euro-repair, and with the Soviet, in a decent condition. Watchers, guards are always adequate, loyal, and pleasant.
