Yesterday at 9 pm, the pharmacist sold through the window the wrong medicine (I needed the powder, but sold the pills), which I noticed after the payment, and without departing from the pharmacy I asked him to change it. What pharmacist said, "Well, you did not specify exactly what you need, the product is non-refundable", although a week ago in the same pharmacy, I took exactly the powder and did not even know that there is a tablet. It would be nice if "through the window" pharmacist update items before payment!
