BREAK: Window with packages from 12:00 to 13:00 Window No. 2 was renamed No. 1 and there is a break from 13:00 to 14:00 - it deals with financial issues (pension, money transfer, etc.) 4 ★ for the fact that the time of breaks at the entrance is not indicated, where the work schedule is written - it is written "without a break", but it is there. And so everything is fine, there is even payment by card.

So, my experience with using the letter at the department at 69093. I called the Hotline Hotmail April 3, 2019 asked if it is possible to do in the mail in the same way as in the "new mail", come without money, give the parcel with the recipient's information and pay the recipient. I was told that it was possible, so the next day I came without money, I waited for 40 minutes, and then I was told that it was possible to send at the expense of the payee, but I must buy a packet of 60 kopecks for 6 hryvnias. I returned home and decided to ask on the hot line why I was cheated, to which I was told that this department staff told me not the truth, asked the office number and promised to sort out. So the next day, again, I go to the office, asking if it is possible to send a parcel at the expense of the recipient, including the bag, which was told to me that this is impossible. And what do you think, I am full of confidence, I ask you to wait until I call the hotline to pass the tube to tell them that it is possible, but as it happens under the law of vainness, on the hot line, I say something like "Who told you that it's technically impossible to put a bag on the recipient? I did not personally say that. It's technically impossible. Until you buy a package you can not send anything. " It's good that I took the money this time, and also it is pleasant that this time the seller found for me a bag for only 2 hryvnias 10 kopecks. The review is good and not good, just wrote everything as it was. The workers behaved fairly politely and respectfully on both sides.
