First, a very inconvenient help desk. There is no contact with the operator, there is no point of complaints and suggestions. Secondly, very poor service by the post office # 126 in Zaporozhye. The mail is brought to the entrance and pushed through the front door. I left the entrance, and all the mail scattered across the porch. Before that, the letter was thrown on the floor in the vestibule of the entrance. Today is July 22, and they still have not brought receipts for water, gas, electricity, garbage.

The service was just awful, 10/24/2020. When asked what the branch number is, they answered us very rudely, go outside and see ... everything is written there, but there is only the post office index, and that's it .. and the branch number ?? ? Visitors that they should guess for themselves ??? .... Either ... 6 ... or..26 .... or ... 126 ... ??? Duck which one of these three numbers is ??? ? Was it really so difficult to answer !!! Just rude and boorish !!!!

Bright, clean room. Lack of queues. Great service. Polite, friendly staff. Wonderful office! Unlike many others.
