Very old and dull Soviet building that haven't been renovated since the Soviet times. Nothing to do there and the park nearby shows the reality of this place. It is very disgusting, I recommend you to avoid this place and never even think about coming there.

The toilet used to be terrible, but after the renovation everything is quite civil, there is even warm water to wash your hands. Many rooms for circles of various directions and offices

We go here to dances. The circles here are awesome. The dance academy is generally superb. But the building itself is in very poor condition. Nothing remains of its former greatness. It's a shame that our state is not interested in talented children.
