We agreed to the services of a realtor in order to speed up the whole process of finding buyers for their apartments, in order to buy others, which she also sold. Therefore, below I describe the experience of both the seller and the buyer with this realtor: - does not work with ads - you have to constantly call, pull, ask. Itself is not looking for a buyer. - for a month of work she never showed the apartment, said that no one even calls. - We had to urgently sell the apartments, so with such a passive state of affairs, we refused her services after a month and decided to try it ourselves. We did not conclude an agreement with her. In doing so, she began to demand $ 100 for spending on ads. When we said: "no problem, we can drive up, show us all the payments for our ads and we will pay purely for them" immediately hesitated and said that then it is not necessary. We ourselves created ads on different sites and within 3 weeks easily found buyers. There were no problems with the sale - everything was done quickly and easily, the keys were handed over on the day of the transaction, and we parted with the buyers on a positive note. Then the story goes about us as buyers of the apartments that this Tanya was selling. The process itself took place with some constant problems on their part - the wrong address was ordered to check the apartments, so the sellers had to pay again in order to quickly resolve this on the transaction itself; they said before the deal that they had all the bypass utility bills in their hands, but at the deal it turned out that this was not so - there was not everything. We refused her notary, especially since the right to choose him, according to the law, was ours. But for some reason she had to fundamentally make a deal with her, who, like, had already done all the work that we, as buyers, did not order. We were confronted with a fact - you have such and such a notary. We resisted, because it would have been safer for us to make the deal with the notary we choose, but she continued to insist, if not on this, then on another notary, but whom she also said. Moreover, she persuaded a certain notary so much that she offered to pay for his services herself. Amazing, right? And the most surprising thing is that in the end she pulled this money from the sellers, saying that we refused to pay. In view of what they subsequently became sharply negative towards us, which affected the deal. We have absolutely all conversations with Tatiana recorded, and we can confirm our every word. Then we got the feeling that this was no accident. But they promised us that then the next day they would arrange everything, and this burden has already gotten with them, and we agreed. Deal. First, we were given to study one contract, and an hour later, for signature, they extended another one, where the date until which the keys to the apartments should be returned is almost two weeks more than the one that was stipulated in words and was spelled out in the first version. And this was fundamentally important. Unfortunately, we believed in the honesty of this whole company and did not reread 4 sheets in detail 2 times. They signed everything, as we were told, and only later saw this nuance. The next day, the sellers confirmed that the realtor, at their request, agreed with the notary to change the dates behind our back, without discussing it with us. Nobody informed us about the changes, although they should have informed about it, because this moment should take place by agreement of the parties. The sellers are unhappy, the buyers too - this is the result of our cooperation. Although, if everything were normal, if all issues were directly discussed, then this unpleasant situation would not have developed. We always went forward, to the detriment of our interests entered their position, were ready to compromise. And, if the sellers needed a delay to rent the apartment later, we would agree here too. If we were given the opportunity to choose a notary ourselves, not put a spoke in the wheel in this matter, then we ourselves would have paid, as expected, the services of a notary, and would be calm about the transaction. And everyone would be happy with the outcome and each side would get what they wanted. It is unclear why it was necessary to bring the situation to such a negative.
