I bought winter boots. I put them on and just left the store, I felt that a nail was sticking out of the sole, inside the boot. I returned to the store with a request to exchange goods. The saleswoman answered me - go home, wash the shoes and bring them back. We will call the technologist (!!!!!!) And he will determine whether it is a marriage. At my request to exchange the just-bought, defective goods, they answered me categorically. I do not recommend this store to anyone!

Fine store, the range of shoes may not be too big, but the models are all in step with the times so to speak. I will not say that we met very joyfully, but all requests were carried out in silence, without superfluous words. Shoes from our Ukrainian factory. The footwear is made qualitatively, the size is in size (not small).

The seller-consultant spoiled the mood, one might say, from the threshold. To the question: "Do you have boots with natural fur?" answered: "We have no such, in them the MOLT is MADE!" To my perplexity there was no limit ... With such a service, a potential buyer has not yet met. 11/27/2018
