Yesterday there was a conflict in this ATB, Zadneprovskaya 25b, in which the security of the store and a drunk customer who was sleeping in the vestibule took part, and when he woke up, he started yelling that his phone had been stolen. The guards called the police to this man and asked him to go out to wait outside, as he violates public order, swears loudly and throws baskets. What was my surprise when an ATB loader named Raphael began to stand up for a drunk, inadequate person. He climbed to the security, arguing that he did not need to be taken out, let him wait in the hall and engage in a drunken brawl. At the same time, the rowdy man was not even a customer of the store, and the guards behaved with him politely and correctly. I watched the whole conflict from the sidelines, and I filmed some of it. I would like the ATB management to explain to its employees their responsibilities, who should do what and what a loader in a dirty robe does at the front desk, why he protects a drunken rowdy and does not let the guard do his job. Such people undermine the store's reputation. By the way, the man's phone was in his bag, there was no theft

Everything is fine except for the purchasing manager. Sometimes the most elementary product may not be available for weeks (in the summer there was no activated carbon for a month and a half, and I don’t remember anything else).
