Bosushi

The worst sushi that has ever been worth it. I don't know how in other cities, but in Bila Tserkva they proved to be negative. The set does not match its value. Deceived, did not put sticks, soy sauce. The gift roll is just 🤮 even a score of 1 is too much for them. The gift was to be a baked roll with salmon, but in fact rice, cucumber and on top of a paste of ATB like caviar 😂

I eat sushi in all cities of Ukraine where I visit. Accordingly, I know what they should be, roughly the price. What I want to say. Redneck sushi and rolls for the price. The filling is cheap. Philadelphia is totally different from Philadelphia. No Philadelphia cheese, no red fish. As if the houses were quickly wound up and sold.

On the day when we ordered sushi, we called in advance and asked if it was possible to order for pickup from the establishment. We were told that it is possible and the speed of order preparation is about 30 minutes. We chose "Big Set" on the site and since we ordered for the first time, we decided to place an order by phone - we accepted the order and this time said that the lead time would be about an hour (10 minutes have passed since our first call) ... About 40 minutes later, they called us back and said that they did not have time to place our order, and clarified whether we would confirm further expectation. That is, in 40 minutes out of the promised 60 minutes, our order was not even accepted for work. Since we already had nowhere to go, we confirmed once again that we would wait for our order. We were told to wait another 40 minutes. In total, we waited 1.5 hours until the final receipt of the order, and this is taking into account self-pickup. Now about the sushi themselves: The weight of the "Big Set" set according to the information on the website is 1120 grams, in quantitative terms 44 pcs. When we received the order, unfortunately we were not shocked by the size or volume of our order (this is subjective, of course, but larger sizes were expected). This set includes 6 types of rolls and 5 of them had almost the same taste: the taste of boiled rice. In none of the rolls, we are 4 people, did not feel the taste of fish, mussels, or other ingredients that were supposed to emphasize the individual taste of each type of rolls. I'm not saying that these ingredients were not there, but there were either very few of them, or of inadequate quality. In general, everything is edible, but completely uninteresting in how sushi should taste like.

Prices are reasonable, but the quality is not fire. The ordered set did not include ginger and wasabi. This is not the first time I notice that the rolls are whipped up

They ordered it in BOSUSHI more than once, before it was not bad and even tasty. But the last time, it’s some kind of horror: overcooked sweet rice, like a dessert, generally has no taste, it’s really disgusting, and soy sauce is diluted with water. Delivery longer than 1.5 hours in the city. It’s a pity that the brand is so lost ...
