Ordered more than once pizza, burgers, sushi once. Pizza is not very, really, even for criticism delete comments on their Instagram and ban. Pour a mountain of flour into a box, it's cool. Well, that's it, but delivery, the order was made at 13:04, I asked to bring it somewhere after 13:45, I'll just go to lunch, it's already 14:16, there is no order, lunch is over, thank you)

The targeted delivery of the order was expected for 2 hours, instead of the announced 40-60 minutes. Argumentation - many orders. So analyze the number of orders received in the restaurant and in the telephone mode, and voice the real time of preparation and delivery, perhaps not everyone will want to wait so long, even if you warn about it - fortunately, in the city you are not the only ones with home delivery
