If orders are accepted at the box office, then write about it in CAPITAL LETTERS, or at least warn orally. And it is very unpleasant to catch the dissatisfied looks of the staff while you expect that the waiter will come to you. Another disappointing menu, where there is nothing but pizza, salads and desserts. As a person who has worked in the field of service for more than a year, please pay attention to the work culture of the staff and their professional abilities.
