I do not recommend this store to anyone! The phone was bought for a grandmother who complains of bad sound. When returning the phone, they pointed out small scratches that the human eye does not see in normal light and refused to return !! (did not use the phone, put on a protective cover, inserted seven, made the first task and all). The store does not respect its customers, they do not return the goods, be careful when shopping in Brain Zhytomyr !!!

Good afternoon, the order was made - 01/07/2021, when placing the order, I indicated that I did not need to call back. Delivery was supposed to be - 08.01. As a result, the manager called me back, politely apologized for the call and said that the delivery could take place - 09.01. I think, no problem, on the ninth so the ninth, the more I needed the order at 11.01, as I took it for a gift to the child. As a result, on 09.01 the order did not come to me, I thought that Sunday was ahead, and it is unlikely that it would be delivered to me by the end of the week, I called the hotline, asked what happened to my order, the manager asked to wait to clarify the circumstances. It was said that there was a logistics problem and my order was not delivered to the courier. The manager said that the company apologizes and my order can be delivered free of charge, but only on Monday - 11.01 from 16.00 to 19.00. I was very upset, because, again, it was supposed to be a gift, and the delivery was postponed right to the birthday. I agreed, since I didn't have much choice, and asked to be prescribed in the comments, to deliver the order at least around 17.00, the manager said not to worry and that this time everything will be fine. As a result, on the day of my delivery at 4:40 pm, an SMS arrives that the order has been handed over to the courier, I think, well, finally !!!, the birthday boy has been waiting for his gift for a long time, as a result, at 6.10 pm, but there is no order, I call again, I ask , where is the order, and again everything is repeated again: expect, the order in any case must be before 19.00. We are waiting, already at 19:45, then my patience could not stand it, I call again, explain the situation to the next manager for the hundredth time, and then again, they tell me that the order has been transferred, expect if the order is not delivered by 20.00, the delivery can be carried out at the next day. Honestly, I was shocked, what a mess! The first seller said that they indicated in the comments to deliver as quickly as possible, the second manager said that there was no direct contact with the courier, and only the third consultant said that he could contact the courier. What kind of misinformation? If you want to lie to the client, do it more convincingly. After talking with the third consultant, the courier finally called me at 19.55! Joy knew no bounds! It's time to present the gift. So, what I want to say by this, I am making an order with you for the first time, there are no complaints about the quality of the goods, the child was pleased with the gift, although he received it very late, but the robot of the online store is just awful. The managers, although polite, do not answer Qualitatively for their work. They say one thing, do another. Very sorry.

Since when did the Brain chain of stores become a network of Vinga fans? When buying something, the seller will ask you to take a Vinga product, assuring that he has one at his home and has been working for 100 years without interruptions and weekends, but in fact, most of these wonderful products do not work right out of the box! He was a loyal customer of the Brain network for about 10 years, but now they treat customers like a herd!

I've been using Brain for a long time! Price and quality are always on top. Today I had to make a return (I bought a keyboard. The return because I didn’t buy myself, but it was clarified that I didn’t need a wireless one), we did it without "nerves". I ordered another immediately. The next day after 18 you can pick it up, great!
