Good afternoon . I would like to tell you about my acquaintance with Villa Rose. A few days ago, my boyfriend and I came to this complex to discuss the menu and all the details for celebrating our wedding. When we arrived we saw that everything was closed. We decided to dial the reception to clarify how you can get into this miracle establishment. In response to the call, I heard "Hello" and nothing else. Politely, I clarified how we could get through, since everything is closed, and in response I heard: - Who are you ? The question surprised me. Continuing the polite conversation, I answered - your guests. After that, I was asked another question: - What would you like ? I wanted to leave right away and forget about this place forever. I explained who we are and what we want, to which I answered. You will not enter the territory. I asked why. They answered me - because. After I asked a girl who didn’t even introduce herself, if this is a normal answer to potential guests, she said that there is no person who can answer our questions. I said ok, then we want to have dinner and see the territory, since we have arrived. We were not allowed))) They said this is a private territory and that you are not cooking))) Feed only the residents of the hotel. With difficulty, I managed to find out when and with whom we can talk about our wedding. At the moment we have no desire to celebrate a wedding in this establishment. I have never met such super service anywhere)) 1) For the first time, I come across the situation when guests are not allowed into an institution where there is a desire to leave a large amount of money to hold an event. 2) The hostess's answers and questions were shocking. 3) If it is customary for you to visit an institution only to hotel residents, you can normally explain and at least clarify our name and take a phone number for communication. The conclusion is still one, we will look for another place. This is not a problem these days.
