I wanted to exchange coins for banknotes, before visiting the branch I called the credit agriculture hotline, where the operator told me that I would solve my problem without any problems, if I came right away, I asked the operator "now at 16.30 and I will arrive at 16.50, can they serve me? " operator "yes they can, if you enter before 17.00 then the bank will close after your visit within an hour (that is, in the worst case at 18.00), as if nothing portended trouble, but ... when I arrived and went to the cashier (at 16.50) the cashier at first laughed at me, as it seemed to me that I had come with a small change and I was counting on something here (she supposedly probably drives a Bentley, and then an ordinary peasant came), and said that it was already the end of her working day, that I they lied to the hotline phone about the work of the branches, and their working hours are strictly until 17.00, and not as everyone else says, and in general, she (Friday, as it were) goes to the sea ... as if for a minute shift at 17.00 ends, and after getting home, if the things are collected then she will arrive at the sea at 21.00 and there will be hell understand how, but my problems are my problems, and it doesn't matter if this is my last money, or I urgently need to buy something- then online, well, a lot of things, and in general it is impossible politely? they say so and so, sorry, I have no opportunity staying overtime, I would have pride in my pockets and would have gone and forgotten, but you need to be rude, she is a princess. so the bank is good, but I don't recommend this branch
