Это просто ужасное отношение к клиентам!!!! Выгнать людей с банка на улицу и держать вместо 15 мин- больше часа на холоде!!!! Люди пожилые стоят мёрзнуть, вы когда проводите аудиты не забывайте что клиенты живые люди!!!! Просто ужас!!!!

This bank is denied service at the checkout. If you are not a client of the bank, then the service at the checkout will not be provided, they have their own rules. The administrator of the bank Bondarenko Kateryna did not even refer to the pnkt which she refused to provide. They do not possess sufficient information. If they divide citizens into their own and someone else's, then how will they explain the situation if a client comes to them with racial differences from the cashier, they will probably also refuse. There is a long history with FOP, while a private bank instantly converts foreign currency into hryvnia, then this bank takes a day to sell currency, and then another day is credited to the card account. In total, it takes 2 days to collect your money. I do not recommend this bank

Good day, specialist Evgenia tricked me into connecting paid additional services when issuing a card, after a complaint about it, she denies her words, the hotline operator tried in every possible way to justify the employee and convince me that, I somehow misunderstood her, in the end the operator apologized and assured that the management knows about this situation, but I deeply doubt it. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Queues To solve the problems, they insist on installing the application. Even (absurd!) To close the account! Why do I need your application if I close my account? It seems that this application is very necessary for the bank. I wonder for what purpose? They require filling out a questionnaire with questions about all the property and income of the client. It looks like collecting information for some purpose.
