I also encountered the rudeness of the guard on 05/13/2018. I park the car every evening and pay by the day. In the afternoon I took the car and paid for the previous day (that is, I gave the money after use). After 2 hours I came back and since I had no cash, I went to the booth and asked if it was possible to pay tomorrow as there is only a card. In response, I heard indignation that they say I have money for ice cream (which I bought with a card, but not the essence), but there is no money to pay for parking and he is not going to pay from his pocket for me and in general I can put the car under the entrance ... I heard all this after I asked ONE QUESTION. I took money from a friend and paid for it, and in no case wanted to leave without paying for the services that I honestly use. The question is, how can they communicate with clients in such a tone, and why the guards have the right to do so. Of course, I paid attention to his tone and asked not to talk to me like that, but this did not stop anyone and I continued to listen to rudeness. At that moment, I regretted that I was not a 100 kilogram man. Here's what to do in this case? I really ask the management to pay attention to this and somehow give feedback. I really want Ukraine to have high-quality service and it’s a pity to have to deal with this.

Security guards cattle solid. Who doesn’t follow who came out, they are often intoxicated with alcohol. The roads have been broken for more than 10 years. With the car 350 UAH / month, with an SUV 400grn / month. Can not close up even the slightest pits. I do not recommend parking here.

Faced with rudeness and inadequate security guard of this parking lot, which works on the night from 02.15 to 02.16. I don’t know the name, unfortunately, after streams of obscenities and insults in our direction with the young man, I could not ask. What is the essence of the situation. He sat in his booth and did not follow the one who calls into the parking lot. They did not park the car for the first day. On the first day, the young man was shown just a place at the end of the parking lot and said that you can put a car there. OK! We did this every day and paid off. And everything was in order. But today, when we had already parked the car and were going to pay, the guard began to shout that they say what the hell ... we parked the car and did not ask his permission. We said that we did so already and claims to what we have never set. He began to yell and say that people have posed and asked for years, and we are special. What does it have to do with it? Nobody just explained this to us initially. He continued to be rude further, had to pick up the car from this parking lot, because it was scary to leave her after this ... I hope that someone from the car park management will read this message and explain to this guard how to communicate normally with people. And I would like to add why, in principle, such a situation occurred ?! We wanted to pay the parking month initially, but ... the guard said that they have to pay 15 UAH every day. What kind of nonsense? Really no one puts a car on this parking lot for a long time and does not pay right away ?! I don’t believe this, most likely they just put money in their pocket, and the owner of the parking lot does not even know about it.
