Tatyana did not expect anything supernatural from the salon in Vladimir-Volynsky, she only wanted to put her nails in order after quarantine. But she was very upset by the unsanitary conditions of the desktop for the period of epidemic wearing masks, maintaining distance, hygiene, etc. The windows are closed tightly, even after the street they didn’t sanitize my hands, but immediately sawed, the master simultaneously writes the blah, blah, blah phone of other clients and at the same time manicures me then didn’t even clean her hands after dirty notepads and telephones. In the left corner a large cobweb hung above the master. The name of the master is Natasha. The tools were shocking since the non-disposable nail files were dirty, the wooden stick was also dirty from other customers, probably they save it that way. The table was untidy with a lamp, although I was at 9.00 in the morning. The dirty towel lying near the master was not paper, and did not understand what it was for. Parking nearby is convenient. Good, stylish repair, but the truth is a bit crowded. The quality of the varnish is poor, this is a cheap series, but the price is consistent. Whoever saw the best will understand what I mean. Hygiene after quarantine "must have" and people will already be more picky. One or two files for the whole city is already the last century. I hope the owner will read and take action. I only shared my personal opinion, not wanting to offend or offend anyone with my feedback. The answer is for the owner. My husband was recorded for a haircut, I'm on a manicure with a child in the morning, so how should we come to you separately ?! A family cannot create a crowd or break a distance. In addition to us, there were no more three clients in the salon, only one client left before us and at the end before our departure another came with a mask covering only his mouth and sneezing in the salon, but the hairdresser did not even ask this client to cover his nose. Regarding the mask on the phone, no one asked me to come with her, but I asked and asked if I could come with the child, but he will be without a mask since the little one will not wear it and sit next to me. We didn’t refuse the mask, we simply forgot to take them in the car, but then my husband brought it and there were no problems with the masks, as you focus on this all and in Viber write me: - “your family without a mask” and send the video that we went without a mask even though we know this without a video and do not deny it, you are trying to actually distract attention from the main problem and, by the way, based on what you wrote and write, you do not value clients. Disinfectants I don’t know where you stand, I saw only when I went out at the end and sanitized my hands myself, but there was no alcohol there like an ordinary soap. The problem is not with masks, but with the hygiene of the workplace and tools, notepads, the money with which your masters deal with clients and after touching them, they don’t even disinfect their hands, but continue to do manicure with dirty wooden sticks, dirty files and textile towels and scruffy - This is the problem, because the client will transmit all the viruses of the world to your tools and the whole city will suffer. The master, even if he doesn’t clean the hands of clients from the street, can in any case show the client where they can treat their hands before manicure or offer to wash their hands with soap (since the antiseptic is drying), or buy a better quality antiseptic and will not dry. Hygiene of all tools - this is the first need for the services you offer. I just wrote a review-wishes what modern beauty salons look like today and that you improve in quality and service, and do not send me complaints about you that you didn’t like my review or that if I don’t like your salon I can not go ( after such unsanitary conditions I won’t come anyway). Disinfect hands and the workplace in front of the client and use disposable paper towels and tools are the usual rules of hygiene in modern salons and during an epidemic this hygiene needs to be increased several times.
