I do not advise to apply for any services to this bank. You will never know the exact information on your question. On the hotline they say one thing, in the branch another, in the mobile application the third (the application by the way works with the speed of a snail. The information may not be updated for weeks). When you tell about misinformation in the department, you will still be found guilty.

The salary card has expired. Based on previous experience with "private" I hope for a simple replacement in the department. I call the hotline and ask if you can leave a request to replace the card - "no, go to the office." I'm going. Qualified employee # 1 takes my card number and phone number and tells me to come in 10 days. I'm leaving in 12 days. I lean against the closed door (17:00, schedule on the door until 18:00). I come the next day (16:00, holiday, message hanging on the door). On the third day I get to the bank (16:00 open, cheers!). Qualified employee # 2 is surprised to report the absence of any signs of a new card and a request for it. OK. We are making out, the policy has been changed: in order for the earned funds not to be "squeezed", it is necessary to perform x + 1 transactions (conditions of absence of the commission for the use of the Salary Card) plus a defile and several pa OK. Pros: beautiful interior, comfortable chairs to spend a lot of free time waiting for the result. Qualified Specialist # 2 Cons: work schedule is known only at the door of the bank, a single branch, Qualified Specialist # 1. November 6. Continuation of adventures with a wonderful bank. Since specialist # 2 did not arrange everything properly on October 15, when I came to the office, waited in line for an hour, I heard the culprit "sorry, I'm not special, this is a human factor. Your card is missing." The complaint addressed to the head of the regional branch is written. I am waiting for an answer and at least some changes in the customer service policy. He submitted a request to change the bank at the place of work for crediting funds. Pros: no. (After an hour of waiting, the interior is not so beautiful and the chairs are not so comfortable. The specialist was not a specialist.) Cons: all text is described above. And a few remarks from our dooooovgogo communication with a bank employee (hereinafter PB): PB: Well, you're never wrong. Why write a complaint at once? Me: I do not give you slippers to insult, but I trust my honestly earned money. And twice on the same rake it's not a mistake it's a regularity. PB: but your old card is still valid for the quarantine period. Me: yes, but not fully. I can withdraw cash not in all ATMs and in the store due to the fact that the terminal issued a "expired card" I had to lay out the goods back on the shelves and go look for an ATM. I'm already silent about basic services such as through the application to top up the phone or pay for utilities.

Alas, our company paid a salary through it. The duality in their tariffs is officially one (supposedly “lower than ours”), but in practice, always, every month, this “lower than everyone” was blocked by the fact that some interest was removed, and it was not clear why. on the day of the salary, none of us removed anything even before the message arrived on your mobile phone - if you removed it "before" then a certain part of the salary was deducted immediately. Add to this other unpleasant "little things."

It's even worse to think of a bank. If you somehow were forgotten and still arrived there, then get ready to spend your time and rattle nerves with unprofessional staff, and also that the information provided on the hot line does not correspond to reality. 😐🤮👎👎👎
