Customer orientation as well as professionalism at zero ... ‌The cost of the cabinet from the shop window, which I was interested in and its measurements were unknown to the seller - I advised to make to order. The next time I came with measurements for 2 pedestals, said what material I want, what accessories and left the data, which the designer recorded only after the 3rd reminder! All the following actions also took place only after the reminder: the approximate and exact calculation, as well as the visit to the object for measurements had to be controlled and reminded. The seller answered the call to the store with the first reminder, I was not connected with the designer (she did not introduce herself and did not provide her contacts) and simply answered: "... wait some more"))) ‌The difference between the previous and exact cost was more than half: according to the "preliminary" calculation, the cabinets together cost 400 euros, and after leaving the facility they began to cost 640 ... The explanation is: "that's what the boss said" and "400 euros is an approximate cost". In addition, the organization requires a deposit of UAH 1,000, for which they do not issue a receipt or a check - no documents ... ... In my opinion, the change of 240 euros at the previous cost of 400 is a significant change. Either the designer didn't count the previous cost at all, or so they tried to get rid of the small order. Only half of the deposit was returned, as "the work has already been done." I can't agree, because the design of one of the pedestals did not meet the request and we gave a deposit based on the amount of 400 euros. ‌Conclusion: fraud, lack of business ethics and rudeness. ‌By the way - the deposit requirement was explained by the fact that customers often refuse to cooperate - not surprisingly, people are just afraid to trust them with their money and plans.
