it's not a spa. just a hotel at the stream, nothing special, no cards accepted.

Terrible attitude and terrible service! The reception, the girl who a la met, the first phrase “have arrived? , the doors must be closed "!!! - one rudeness and just no respect !!!!! vacationing with the company of Nemtsov, they are shocked by the service and communication! One good impression is Koliba and the girl Alina who is responsive and in her place! Chan is generally terribly dirty everything and the staff who "serve" you all wear working, dirty clothes! The staff could at least buy clothes!

Quite an inconvenient location, but the beauty of the picturesque nature is worth it, I recommend visiting the tubs with access to the mountain river in this institution, an incredible pleasure

Rested in vats and "Kolyba" The service is very low. The waiters are dishonest and do not value their customers. They did not respond to our comments. We expressed our indignation. Friends, in the morning found the car in the urine. No comments. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
