When I wanted to pay in hryvnias in the form of kopecks, I was denied service. When I asked why, when the coins went into circulation, I could not pay for them? To which I was told that they do not want to count hryvnias as coins and no one takes them for delivery. I think this is wrong and such service is unacceptable. It is clear that sitting in the phone all day is easier than counting coins !!! When you don't come in, this girl is constantly on the phone, counting people. Emotions are full of injustice ....
