I rarely came here due to poor service. Once I was with guests (from Kiev), they could not stand even a book of complaints asked. Recently there was a gift certificate and it was necessary to use it. If previously the service was bad, now it is not at all. The halls are empty. There are no consultants to be found. I compared it to the Watsons chain of stores. They will always come up there. Will show. There is an empty hall, half-empty shelves. The bottles are literally dusty. I am not a meticulous person, but some products (candles, a set and aroma sticks in my case) looked so "vintage" that even I checked the expiration date (this information was half erased). I wanted to buy aromatic sticks as a gift. But they looked shabby. Naturally I did not buy it. Apparently, the guys decided to totally save. Keep away from me. Three stars, as at the checkout, in principle, the service was not bad. And I would have bet even less.

Previously, prices were lower, there were good shares, now even with shares it is a little expensive. You can buy toothpaste at a pharmacy and without discounts.
