The prices are high, there is simply no service. There is not a single florist in the store. Just saleswomen who do not even know how to make a normal bouquet from roses, I'm not talking about good. Flowers tie in different lengths and consider it to be normal !!! There is no client-orientation in general. This is an important message for the store owner.
