Terrible receptionist who was very impolite from very beggining od our stay. She let us stay on the street at night when ring was not working and phone number written on the main door did not exist and shouted on us when we called to the number mentioned in reservation email. Not, really, people like this should not work in services!!!

The price does not match the quality, the audibility in the rooms is excellent, especially when someone, sorry, fart in the next room. The service staff makes a huge favor, that they lodge guests in the hotel. Working hours - hostel. In the evening, the entrance is only by calling the "watchman", otherwise you will not say.

Small but clean and beautiful hotel 5 minutes away from the train station in the center of Mukachevo. Friendly receptionist affordable. If you want to rest a long way I really recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Purely at 9 points out of 10 we were with a child and we were unfortunately not conveniently photographed conveniently. Wash 50 UAH per heap and dry.
