The staff does not have time to process parcels arriving at the branch, in my opinion this is a lack of system (business processes) and working conditions. We talked politely and went to meet. Prices are lower than for state of emergency.

Dismiss the manager, reduce all staff! Service has never been worse.

Today I was refused a shipment because I did not want to buy a package with the Ukrposhta logo. Every time I try to send something, the staff invents some new packing conditions and demands that they be complied with, and in time I learn at another branch or from friends from other cities that there are no such requirements in other branches !!! Ukrposhta is our state in miniature !!! HORROR!!! Other postal services compete for customers, and only Ukrposhta tries to disperse all customers !!! When I am asked to send something through Ukrposhta, I try by all means not to do so. And only in very rare cases, when there is no other way out, I receive or send through Ukrposhta. I'm even disgusted to go to these offices !!! I have long wanted to write about my impressions of Ukrposhta's service. But then there is no time, I think it can be fixed ... in vain !!! It seems that they do not work for people, but for themselves. Regarding the rules of procedure ... a separate language ... The rules of operation of branches are not convenient for clients at all. Previously, small branches, if you don't come, are always closed, they accept mail and send it ... now they are open but from 8:00 to 16:00, and if a person works until 18:00? When then to pick up the shipment or send? I think that the management needs to think about the establishment of work and be customer-oriented, and not vice versa. Because the client, if you do not know, is always right !!!

The office is good. Many people do not think about the fact that the postal state is not some kind of private traders. The human factor plays a lot. Definitely 5 points.
