Just awful. A shop selling various goods was organized in the post office. You come to the office to pick up the package, and in front of you a woman buys cereals, a pack of pasta and toilet paper, and this is at the post office (!). There are a lot of advertising posters everywhere. Operators instead of quick service, chat about everything with familiar customers. And they also say "oh, they will close us soon, everyone uses New Mail, and we only pay for the communal flat, but every client would buy a box of matches or a newspaper, that would be happiness."
