Also due to my inattention when buying this device, I did not pay attention to the fact that the Call / Silent button did not perform its function properly, and therefore constantly "jumped" to the Silent position. Sensor »I was told that my device may have been in the pollen which interfered with the normal functioning of this button. When asked if it is possible to eliminate it with the free service provided by the store (for one month). That surprised me somehow. Of course she didn't manage to do it perfectly. In some days the problem recovered. Having addressed again to me answered «come please on Monday ok because the master is not at work at the moment "(it happened on Friday) (I specify that I addressed this question within a month after purchase of their production). Having finished again on Monday the personnel told that the master went on business trip (that he is not in place, he is on a business trip, probably they have only one master). I was told to contact in a week. Exactly a week from now, I visited them again. This time I still took the phone for service .In an hour everything was ready (commendable). Hoping for justice of service I took the device, slightly tried whether this button works, and left because I was busy. The bolt was twisted. the store would protect itself with this authority. Evaluation of the service on a 10-point scale 4! Another nuance. Having bought this phone, I added to it an original case (worth UAH 500) and a protective 3D glass. Within 2 months, the case began to "shed". Silicone coating began to fall off pieces of it. An acquaintance had a cheap case that lasted almost 3 months without damage. So! In my opinion, when choosing a store-service to purchase Apple products, you should look for another store. I am very disappointed with this store. After all, my sister recommended it to me, who praised it very much. they are not yet so developed, and are looking for the best way of development, advertising). Dear administration of "Sensor", you will not do anything at this rate. I am waiting for the fastest answer to my response? Dear buyers, I do not recommend this institution client) !!!
