I change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. The last time we had to be here, we were the only ones in the room (not counting the staff). Acquaintances came to the employees, who "giggled" for more than an hour and shouted for joy (well, we didn't see each other) for more than an hour. The next 5 times we could not make an order for our favorite dish. "We have a kitchen only until 19:00" - you work until 20:00, bake the same way. 17:15 - "We have run out of dough, and no one will cook anymore." 16:45 - "Today is a day off, so the kitchen is working in a reduced mode" (by the way, the kitchen workers were smoking all this time near the institution). And there were several more such cases. You were disappointed, from the place where we did delivery almost every day, and in the evening we went to your (albeit delicious) khachapuri, you went down to the level of the worst diner. Damage. It used to be nice to be your customers ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Today was the last time in this institution. At 12 o'clock I managed to sell yesterday's stale !!! pastries.
