Representatives of the Southern Society and the Society of United Slavs met here on the estate, and later their organizational association. ”In 1825, a camp of the Chernihiv Military Regiment was set up in the village of Lishchyna during the preparation of the uprising on the Senate. It was here that Colonel PI Pestel shared his plans for the uprising with his friends. But in appearance, alas, this can not be said - an old wreck, enclosed by a fence. For the first time we drove past having decided that this was some kind of cultural center from the time of the Stalin Empire. In principle, a secondary school with a garden is next to it and one more building in the process of restoration, so it is possible that in the foreseeable future they will also take over the estate. But apparently, they do not intend to preserve historicity during repairs.
