From the good there are quality products, there are organized departments where you will be prompted and helped by highly qualified sellers. On the bad side - from the very opening the same picture is the toy department, the office department and closer to the cash register there are plastic buckets, baskets and the rest for the house there is HORROR !!!! Price tags are either confused or absent, a mess, such horror I have not seen. The other day there was a price tag Paper a4 500pcs like 89 UAH I think I'll take - the paper was, but there were a few torn crumpled packs of muculators, the impression is that their dogs dragged for three days on the red ... Besides, there are dishes of good quality, there is order and luminaires are good dishes, children's toys are also good, high quality. P.S. I understand that somewhere people have translated the goods, somewhere they haven't seen something, but the situation with the sale of waste paper has finished me off ..... I agree with some comments on the price list and in the check - there is often a difference and not in favor of the buyer. mess or lack of staff choose yourself, and maybe both.

Price tags do not match the prices we see in the check! I wanted to buy a mirror, there it was one and one price tag to the mirror. I came to the checkout, I was punched and I saw that the price is higher than the price tag. The seller said so defiantly that this could not be. I went with her to check and she saw that the price was really higher, but the price tag from another mirror, which was no longer available, and what I took, there was simply no price tag. I asked to return the goods, so the cashier and the security guard looked at me as if I had stolen something from them. I do not understand why they are sitting there? To just sit or still do your job, without snorting and rolling your eyes ?! Pay a little attention to your employees. Of course, not everyone there is like that, the consultants came across quite normal claims to them, but some of the security guards and those who are sitting on the return of the goods .. not nice people, the attitude to customers is bad.

With delivery and service full of trouble .. my brother made a gift to my children, a week before the new year made an order on the site, paid for the goods and delivery to have time to bring gifts by the new year ... (ie December 29) ... There was no delivery. On December 30, in an SMS message, they wrote that the delivery would be on January 2 ... And yes, today is January 4, and the gift was never brought ... It's a horror ... happy ... For so long it is possible to travel half of the country, and here in the city cannot bring.
