Hello! I would like to leave my feedback about this department ... Impressions are great, the staff is friendly, the service is good, the staff is looking clean! I visit different branches of the state of emergency throughout Ukraine, but only at the 14th branch in Lutsk learned that you can pay for utilities, the Internet ... and the employee told me a lot that I did not remember from so many services, but thank you for the business card . At the expense of queues, cope, I advise you to send from this department, as they pack very well, sent a headlight, quite a delicate cargo, with delicate fasteners, arrived without problems, very well and securely packed.

I often use the services of the new post office, I was at many branches in Lutsk, but I would choose 14 of them for service and shipment, there is a very polite staff, fast service and the only branch where parcels are securely packed! I read a lot of negative feedback in the comments but not myself once saw when customers fool the operators want to send parcels that are prohibited by the standards of the new mail, this is the only branch in Lutsk where everything happens according to the rules of the company because of this, this is the best branch !!! in Ukraine!

If this branch was not in the neighborhood, I never ordered a parcel there, the staff can be divided in half, some super, others horror ..... also serve two customers in line without masks, the third says buy, no service will not be, how is it? ??? Selectively ???? Who liked it better .... I hate this department! For example, I constantly go to number 3, everything is great there, and the staff and speed are high, there are no queues or misunderstandings to compare how many people there ...

Employees do not know how to pay by card. There are often problems with the terminal.

I always choose this department, fast service and friendly staff.
