Open opened, and forgot about the service. Administrators, including the rude manager, have not seen much rudeness, do not provide information properly, about the ethics of communication with the client, have not even heard about dealing with objections. We visit the pool for a year, but no changes. It's as if we came to free classes. I finished the last phrase "You will get on our heads soon anyway". If you really want to enjoy visiting the pool, it is better to go to another institution, but not in Watercolor.

We have been going for three months, it seemed that everything was fine. Clean, all new, great coach. But the administrator is a separate topic. No respect and tact (neither for children nor for adults). It feels like the administrator is not there to help customers, but to create additional inconveniences and conflicts. I ask the management of this institution to respond to this appeal. I will provide all the details in addition. Very disappointed.
