I have never had such a settlement !!! The room is booked and we are on our way! On the street -8, and at 23:00. We go into the hotel at the reception of no one, a woman's purse on the sofa is visible through the open door of the administrator's office. When asked if someone, no one responded. Walking through the lobby and looking around, a man was found under the stairs (he did not introduce himself, did not even get up from the chair under the stairs). When asked where the administrator said come in the morning, when asked how we will stay, he said in the morning. Then he offered to spend the night under the stairs !!! After repeating several times that the booked room decided to settle. I took my passport and made an attempt to take a photo with my personal phone. After the ban, I decided to rewrite it. About 20 minutes and rewrote everything up to registration, and the situation! To the words "we drove 440 km we would have a number" said nothing wrong. Then he gave his passport and offered to pay in cash. To our answer, payment by the terminal by card said - then I will not come back tomorrow. After another 5 minutes of disputes, he offered to leave his passport as a deposit (this despite the fact that the man from under the stairs never introduced himself, he does not have a badge and, by the way, a mask too) And only after an insistent slightly raised tone the man gave the room key. And now, an hour later, at 00:00, we settled in !! P.S. for an hour of our switching, no one else will appear in the hall, this person from under the stairs was clearly in a state that cannot be called normal and it does not matter whether it is alcohol or something else, it was not adequate. The parking gate is raised, there is no security, the hotel is open and there are no souls anywhere, they dialed the hotel number and heard the ringing of the mobile phone lying on the charger on the administrator's desk in the lobby. Only this one under the stairs, which we ourselves found !!! We have lived in this hotel more than once, but this is the first time !!! In this you are unique, there is no such thing anywhere !!! Where was the administrator all this time and who is this man under the stairs, one can only guess !!! We locked ourselves in the room and hope that everything will be fine !!!
