Ordered a spare part for three days waiting, several times clarified whether exactly ordered or exactly will come, they said that everything will come great. And in three days we already agreed with masters to put a spare part, signed up in turn for a concrete day, and as came for a spare part to shop it appears that nobody even ordered it and there is no order on invoices. Very outraged, not serious at all !! (((
