If you're passing through, stop by for some hot tea...and then some. Friendly hostess/bartender Haven't tried their dishes but drinks are well and reasonably priced.

If you just need to spend the night, you can for 250 UAH. However, I would like it to be at least a little cleaner, warmer, and have at least 2 outlets

Awesome. Stayed one night in a VIP room. 3 am, do not sleep. And why? And because the crowd of drunken young cattle neighs at all throats in arbors under the windows of the room. The bar said that these young people "from the director" refused to be relocated to a room with windows on the other side, they said that there were no rooms. Of other bonuses: a broken shower door, a window handle, a mosquito net on only one of three windows, a toilet flows, the tap water is rusty, a completely dead mattress. If I could - would put 0 stars.
