Since the order was made at 20.00, and they work until 22, the phone was already turned off when they called to ask where the courier was. At 22.05 the courier finally calls and says that in 2 minutes it will be, Hallelujah, it would seem, but that's not all. After another 5 minutes, the courier calls and says "Are you leaving or am I going further ?!" is it some kind of joke? In my understanding, when the courier says that in 2 minutes he will arrive, then when he arrives he picks up the client. Or, in a frost of -12 degrees, do I need to wait at the entrance for the courier to arrive, standing in shorts and a T-shirt? It's sad.
