I wanted to settle down when I was passing through Vinnitsa on my way home. Booked 2 rooms in advance. Received confirmation from the administrator that the rooms are free and they are waiting for us. I also warned that since we will be passing through, we will check in on a weekday at 22:00. When we were already in Vinnitsa, I decided to contact the administrator and warn that soon we will (on their website, by the way, the numbers are indicated incorrectly, so I communicated via the Booking chat). However, I received no response from the administrator. But after a while, the wife of the hotel owner called me (as she introduced herself) and said that there were no rooms ... That's how I stayed in the middle of a strange city at 10 o'clock in the evening with my wife and 2 children. I strongly advise you not to contact.
