We visited the institution on the border of Kirovohrad and Cherkasy regions. They took borsch and cheburek. It was obvious that everything had been lying there for years. I do not recommend.

We read reviews about chebureks, decided to stop by and try. What can I say, the pasties here are really excellent (for which I give 3 stars). Service is zero. We ordered 2 pasties with pork and 2 tomato juices. As a result, the amount was announced to me, not at all the one that I counted in my mind. I asked the girl at the checkout. On the price tag the price for 200 ml is 10 UAH, for 300 ml - 15 UAH. They counted two juices for me at UAH 30 each. She asked if they counted correctly, to which the young lady began to confusely answer that the juice was either UAH 25 (it rose in price), then that it was a glass of 450 ml, and this volume was no longer on sale. I say, it still does not agree, as a result, the price of 30 UAH was already announced. The point here is not pettiness, but that it is disgusting when you are deceived like that insolently, head-on. And by the way, they never gave me the check.

Maybe they expected the best ... Dumplings with cabbage were sour and boiled, without spices ... Dumplings more or less, but far from home. Friends ate chebureks, also not happy, we ordered chebureks and waited 30 minutes. When they asked the waiter to bring it, they were still arguing among themselves what and to whom to give, and we did not wait, but returned the money immediately without objection. Coffee is not like coffee) brown water ... The interior is nice, clean in the bathroom. It's a pity, I don't like to write such reviews, but it's true without exaggeration, unfortunately ... We need to change something in the concept of cooking ..

Poplavsky's establishments deteriorated, however. Even in spite of the quarantine, I expected its former magnitude. And now everything is very, very sad. A bored waitress and three whites in the window. It would be better if they were completely closed, like hotels.
